At  Oro Express Chandler Pawn and Guns, an FFL Transfer can be done seven days a week at your convenience.  Our FFL transfer process is affordable, safe, secure, and is a top priority at our store.  Therefore, we do everything in our power to provide prompt transfers to unite a firearm with its new owner.

To initiate an FFL Transfer in Chandler for an incoming gun/rifle, we have attached our FFL Transfer form below.  So consequently, with the information you provide, we can start the process as soon as we receive your submission.  Therefore, just complete the application on line, make sure your information is correct, check required boxes and then click submit.  As a result, we will begin the process and receive the clearance required to release your firearm to you.  Once we receive the approval to transfer, you will be notified your firearm is ready and available to be picked up. 

FFL Transfers in Arizona

Whether you are buying a firearm on-site, online, or transferring a firearm that crosses state lines, a transfer must be provided by a licensed gun dealer, and having the customer complete the required ATF Form 4473.  

Oro Express Chandler Pawn and Guns is a federally licensed firearms dealer, that processes NICS background checks, and releases firearms to the rightful owner, once we receive the approval from the FBI to do so.  Therefore, anyone who has a permit to carry a firearm in Arizona, that meets the requirements necessary, is exempt from needing to run a background check.  For instance, a firearm bought by someone who presents their Arizona CCW permit onsite, has proven that they have already been given clearance to receive firearms.  

Oro Express Chandler Pawn and Guns fees are $25 per transfer, which includes multiple firearms and accessories, provided they are on the same transfer.

Pickup Policies

• We will contact you as soon as the gun is ready for pickup
• Arrive with an Arizona driver's license or photo ID with current/physical address on it
• If you have an existing Arizona CCW, bring it! It expedites the process immensely.
• Pay the $25 transfer fee, at Oro Express Chandler when you come in to pick up your firearm.
